Price for the house per week:- for 2 adults £280 for 3 adults £420 for 4 adults £560 |
Children (with
adult) per week:- Aged under 5 –
No charge Aged 5 to 14 -

Prices
include the cost of central heating, electricity, gas, hot and cold water,
bed linen and towels. Please bring your own towels for the beach and
swimming pools. Our
normal start day for bookings is Saturday, but we recognise that the cost of
air travel can be significantly lower on other days so we also accept Sunday
and mid-week bookings. Any additional days over a week are charged at a
proportionate rate. Our minimum price is one week’s rental. |

Conditions Payment - to be made in £ sterling ( If
you book within eight weeks then the whole payment is due on registration. Personal
Insurance and Cancellation Cover We
strongly advise you to take out personal insurance at the time of
registration to include cancellation cover. If
you cancel more than eight weeks before your stay is due to commence, we
will endeavour to re-let and deduct the cost involved from your deposit. If
we are unable to re-let we will retain the deposit. If you cancel less than
eight weeks before the visit we will retain the deposit and you will also be
liable for the remaining balance of the rental. If
we have to cancel your booking for reasons outside of our control, the extent
of our liability to you will be any money paid to us, which we will refund
to you. Damage must be reported to our manager
before leaving Castello and an agreed price paid. Arrival/departure

ask that you do not arrive at Castello on your first day before The
